Happy summer to you! Let’s not talk about how fast it’s going, or how hot it is, or how soon it will be pumpkin everywhere… let’s just enjoy the month! August is a big vacation month so we hope you are spending time with family, making memories and enjoying pools, beaches and late night ice cream.

We’ve had some vacation time around here, too, but that doesn’t mean the work stops! We’ve had so much going on and we credit our great team for always keeping things on track. If people are out, others fill in. It’s a great group and we work and play hard!

Check out what’s going on with AXIOM:

Pan Mass Challenge

  • First, a big CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Peter Ward who completed the Pan-Mass Challenge last weekend. Peter has been riding for years in honor of his late mother. Great job Peter! It’s not too late to donate to Peter, every dollar counts!
  • We had a very successful few days at TICE 2018 back in June. Seems like it was just yesterday! We met so many new people and learned so much. We are really proud of our colleague Jenn Kammerdiener for her popular talk “5 Keys to Effective Learning Strategy”.
  • Did you see our article, “The Learning Smoothie“?? It was in the Training Industry’s July/August magazine! Check it out, and see why your learning program is as personal to you as your morning smoothie.Learning Smoothie
  • Free tonight? ATD Greater Boston is hosting a great event: “Be Interested, Not Interesting: Unlocking the Power of Emotional Intelligence”.  It’s at the Metro Meeting Centers in Boston from 6 to 8:30 pm. Join us!
  • As usual, each month we highlight a few jobs that are available, and right now we’re actively searching for New Jobs, New ClassesTechnical Trainers. Check us out on LinkedIn and on the Job Opportunities section of our About page on our new website. Contact us if you fit the bill, or send a friend our way! We love referrals!
  • Are you looking to increase your own skills? We always have 90-minute classes on any MS Office subjects. Calendars are up for August and September. Believe it or not… October’s calendar will be up in a few weeks so check back!

As you can see, never a dull moment around here. But it’s great! We have a lot coming up, too, so stay tuned!
