Last week we profiled Eric Bloom of Manager Mechanics, one of our longtime partners. We’re so proud to help him promote his new book: Productivity Driven Success: Hidden Secrets of Organized Efficiency.

We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at some chapters and the advice is solid and easy to implement regardless of the size of your company, the industry, or how long you’ve been in business.
Things like, examining your company culture and embracing it – even if that means it’s different across departments or locations; clear communication with all employees, regardless of seniority or job level; different ways to address and prevent conflict and being comfortable as a manager in delegating tasks properly.
