January 2019 News and Notes

We can still say Happy New Year, right? It’s only been 3 weeks! We certainly did not start slowly this year, 2019 has been busy for AXIOM and we know this momentum will carry us through the next 11 months. We feel great about what 2019 has to bring.

We’re sponsoring 2 learning and development shows, TICE and ATD NEAC! Look for us there, and watch our blog for more information on both. ATD’s New England Area Conference will be held in March at the Needham Sheraton, and The Training Industry’s Conference and Expo will be held in June in Raleigh, NC. Both are great shows and we’re thrilled to be sponsors.

We are attending the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Conference this week as a participant for the first time so we’re looking forward to a new experience. We are considering more shows for spring and fall, so send us your recommendations!

In early January, we had an article published on the Training Industry’s website about Custom Learning and why you should consider working with a learning partner for your next learning project. Our article “4 Steps to a Customized Learning Program” mirrors the methods we use when we work with clients. We get to know you, your needs, your culture, your goals, and anything that can help us create a successful learning program with you.

Speaking of published… we also had a friend of AXIOM publish a book! “Great Idea! And…Helping Others see the Beauty in your Ideas”. It’s on Amazon, check it out!

New year, new you, right? We have 3 months worth of open MS Office classes that anyone can take. January is a perfect time to learn a new skill. These classes are 90 minutes and virtual…but run by an actual instructor. They are guaranteed to be interactive. Take a look on our website and sign up!

We are looking forward to a great year, and hope you are too!
