The book talks about the “concepts, techniques, tips, and tricks needed to unlock your influential power, enhance your job performance, and accelerate your future career advancement”. The book has three parts, the first providing you with the basic principles needed to influence the people you work with on a daily basis. The second part defines your ‘IPR’ (influence power rating) and helps you calculate what yours is. It helps provide insights in your influential abilities now, and in the future. Part 3 will give you instructions on how to use what you’ve learned to enhance your ability to negotiate, implement change, resolve conflicts, become a better leader and more.
