Principal Consultants are performance consultants with deep knowledge of organizational design and development, change management, strategy, cultural transformation, business process improvement, and business operations. They are highly skilled, Socratic-style facilitators, with knowledge of multiple leadership-related models and theories, and the ability to discern the appropriate model(s) for your organization’s needs. Our Principal Consultants have experience working across all levels of organizations, including the executive, senior management, mid-level management, and supervisor leadership levels.
Senior Consultants are facilitators with significant experience designing and facilitating leader development programs to senior, mid-level management and supervisor levels. Senior Consultants are highly-trained facilitators with a preference for the Socratic approach, and have knowledge of relevant leadership-related models and theories.
Consultants have experience facilitating human skills programs to first-time managers and supervisors. They often work from the frameworks, programs and scripts identified and curated by more senior members of the AXIOM Strategy & Leadership Practice, and often are experienced with the facilitation of a specific leadership theory or model.
