AXIOM is looking for learning coordinators for our client located in Norwood, MA.
This is 40 hours/per week, a hybrid position, 3 days in Norwood, MA, and 2 remote.
Some evening and weekend work may be required to support training programs.
The Learning Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical engineering programs for employees. The coordinator will play a crucial role as a strong individual contributor in supporting program managers by handling administrative tasks, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for multiple engineering-related learning programs, and coordinating the scheduling and participant enrollment for annual workshops. This role must demonstrate a high capacity to perform in a high-impact, energetic, and agile environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the company culture to support programs for new hires and ongoing education for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to program managers to ensure the successful delivery of multiple learning programs for our engineering community.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Work with program managers and /or subject matter experts to transfer training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to track continuous training update needs as identified by the program manager and/or SME.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trainers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
- Manage the curriculum for multiple engineering programs, ensuring that all required courses are available and up-to-date.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including participant enrollment and reporting.
- Schedule and coordinate annual workshops, including participant enrollment, workshop setup and logistics, and post-workshop management.
- Develop and manage rosters for training programs, ensuring that all necessary personnel are scheduled to attend.
- Record and track changes needed to various engineering programs.
- Reserve event spaces and arrange for necessary equipment and supplies for training programs.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage multiple training projects, including project planning and program budgeting
- Manage cohort assignments, facilitation team assignments, and mentoring support needs.
