The ATD Conference in Chelmsford last week was a success! “Charting the Future of Learning” was a great theme for this event. From new friends, new followers to new ideas, AXIOM soaked it all up from the opening speakers to the ice cream social to the final minutes.
We were thrilled to meet so many of you, and the exchange of ideas and innovations kept us on our feet all day. The sessions were engaging, we loved (among others) learning about mindful leadership, social learning, assessing learning impact, and learning through technology.
A big thanks to ATD New England for putting together this amazing event.

The 2016 ATD New England Conference had a buzz about it from the very beginning! The Networking Event on Thursday night was fun and relaxing and the ice breaker Bingo really opened the door to conversations. And the two “Guys in Tuxes”? I’m still humming “The Girl From Ipanema” today!
The Opening Key Note Panel really set the stage for Charting the Future of Learning! David DeFilippo from Suffolk Construction, Karen Freedman from FM Global and Sandy Rezendes from Citizens Financial Group ALL did an amazing job sharing their experiences, their views and where they see the future of learning going for 2016 and beyond.
Overall, the conference was a great success and the attendees, speakers, sponsors 
and exhibitors all enjoyed the full day of learning, sharing and networking.
