Introducing the latest addition to our Microsoft 365 classes:

Microsoft Planner

Microsoft Planner is Office 365’s app for light project management. It can be used to create Kanban boards and collaborate and manage tasks as users plan, manage and complete task-based initiatives and projects.

In the latest addition to our catalog of virtual instructor-led Microsoft app classes, the Microsoft Planner class teaches learners how to understand the Planner hub, how to create a Plan, Buckets and associated Tasks, add Task details and assign Tasks, work with Views, and more. Microsoft Planner integrates with other Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams, and can be accessed via a mobile app on both iOS and Android.

As always, our live, instructor-led classes are a fast way to improve your team’s skills, and are available for individual enrollment or can be scheduled as tailored private cohorts using use cases and examples specific to your business or industry.

Learn more about AXIOM’s Microsoft app classes here! Our class schedule now lists classes available through the end of February! As always, our vILT classes are guaranteed to run.

New Podcast Episodes!

We’re pleased to begin the New Year with two new episodes of the AXIOM Insights learning & development podcast, including a special episode that focuses on volunteering’s value and role in the profession.

In this episode, we hear from three volunteer leaders at three local ATD chapters: Lauren Sullivan, president of the Greater Boston chapter, Brian Lopes, president-elect of the Bay Colonies chapter covering southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and Suzanne Stead, president of the Greater Philadelphia chapter, covering southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.

We explore the role that their volunteer involvement had in their own professional journeys, including transitions into the L&D profession, and the value they have found in the leadership and other service opportunities presented by their volunteer service and roles.
