Looking for an Agile Trainer!

Happy Spring! Today is officially the first day of spring and we’re prepping for another snow storm…New England, you keep us on our toes! Regardless of whether it’s spring, summer or winter’s last grip, things keep moving at AXIOM. Right now we’re looking for an Agile Trainer and some solid Instructional Designers.

Do you know someone, or do you fit the bill?

We have several posting on our LinkedIn page and our website, but that’s never all we’re looking for. Things come up fast so if you have any skills in the learning world, like project management, training coordination, eLearning design, or IT instructional skills, contact us! Your next job might be right around the corner.

What’s hot now is our Agile Trainer position. This is not available until the summer, and you’d go through a week long Train the Trainer program. But if you have software development experience, too, it’s a great opportunity!

Another big one is an Instructional Designer with Assessment Writing and Evaluation experience. This is a long term assignment in the Johnston, RI area, with some commute to Norwood, MA. If you have at least 5 years’ experience in this type of a position, please reach out, we’d love to talk more.

Here is a link to a few other L&D positions we’d like to fill. We’re eager to meet new people and see how we can work together. We would also love if you put us in touch with a colleague or friend you know is looking. Some of our best candidates are referrals! If these contract positions aren’t exactly what you want, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always adding new jobs to our list! We’re actively posting on LinkedIn, too, so check us out.

If you’re interested, you can apply directly on our website, or feel free to contact us to start a conversation. If you don’t see what you are looking for on our site, please reach out, we have many other positions we are working to fill.
