We’re thrilled to welcome a new member to the AXIOM family! Sharon McInerny, welcome to the team!
Sharon is our new Talent Management Specialist and will work very closely with Tammy Sena in talent management and sales operations. She will handle tasks including recruiting, on-boarding new trainers, consultants, managing a variety of other system and database functions.
“Sharon is a great addition to the AXIOM team. She has more than 20 years’ experience in sales, sales enablement and customer service. I know she’ll be extremely helpful in client outreach, talent and sales support and we’re thrilled to have her,” said Tammy, AXIOM’s Talent Manager.
Sharon will assist the team in business development as well as recruiting. She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries which include learning and development, software and technology. Prior to joining AXIOM, Sharon worked at the Training Associates for 8 years as a Senior Opportunity Development Specialist. She worked closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
We are always excited to have our AXIOM family grow and can’t wait for Sharon to jump right in. She’ll be a great fit!
