May MS Office Classes, and Class Feedback

We love that we’re able to offer so many different MS Office classes for you to take whenever the need arises. What makes it even better is when we hear back from people and they say things like, “The class was great, everything she (the instructor) talked about was a step up from what I knew. She stopped to help if you needed help with a problem. She presented great and encouraged us to ask questions and also gave great tips on how to present.”

You don’t need to take our word for it, these classes are really great. We’ve gathered some quotes from our post-class evaluations to share with you.

“The instructor kept me involved and interested. She was able to make us feel comfortable with learning the software, no matter what level each of us were at. Very informative, and very pleasant to have as an instructor”

And our favorite: “The instructor held the trainees attention from start to finish. Best computer training class to date”

These come from a range of classes, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. We strive to find the best instructors to make the experience not only worth your time and money, but fun and entertaining.

“The instructor was very open and accommodating to the various skill level. (He) made things that I thought of previously as difficult seem simple.”

The best compliment we can receive is to know the class resonated and the skills will be used in the future.

“The instructor listened to what I needed to learn and taught each step in a way I could understand and left notes to refer to after she left.”

We have open seats, and we’ve added May calendars for MS Office 2010 and 2013. Register now!

*Please note, there are no longer separate 2010 and 2013 schedules for April and May. The class times and topics are the same for both 2010 and 2013 and the classes will accommodate both versions of the class.
We also offer Private Classes and One-on-One sessions:
  • Private Classes (90 minutes) – If you have a group of people interested in training on the same topic, we can schedule a private class for that group. Choose an existing course in our catalog, or let us work with you to create a custom class that meets your needs.
  • One-on-One Application Support (45 minutes) – During these sessions, students work one-on-one with an instructor on a topic of their choice.

Students join the class through their Web browser, where they can see the instructor’s screen as she or he demonstrates each new skill. To hear and interact with the instructor, students can either use a computer headset (or speakers and microphone) or dial into a teleconference (normal long distance charges apply). Throughout the class, students switch between the instructor’s screen in their browser and their own copy of the application, where they can practice applying the new skills.

Virtual classroom training is ideal for organizations with employees in multiple or remote locations, because it requires no added travel time or expense. Because our public classes are available to anyone, it also works well for smaller companies in which only a few people need training on a particular topic and for individuals seeking software training on their own, rather than through their employer.

These classes are offered through a partnership between Elert & Associates and AXIOM.

Please let us know if you have any questions about these classes, or would like to request a class you don’t see.
